What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Benchmark Signs?
We are a Growing ADA/Architectural Sign company located in Weatherford area, working primarily in the Commercial/Public Construction.
Currently, we are seeking an experienced sign installer to join our team.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years experience in Construction Industry, Sign Industry, or related industry.
- Solve basic math related problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Resolve issues in the field with minimal supervision
- Must be a flexible team player with a positive attitude
- Interpret construction plans and specifications
- Capability to preform preventative maintenance/repairs on equipment, as needed
- Comfortable with basic hand tools, power tools, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must exhibit exceptional organizational skills
- Lift 80 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be willing to be flexible with scheduling, to ensure deadlines are maintained
- Travel: Will be required to travel when applicable. Must be able to read maps, provide a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Have a strong character and positive attitude with good work ethics.
