As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction/Sign Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, a passion for construction, and a desire to grow in the sign industry. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating all costs of commercial projects, ensuring efficient and accurate pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate expected job costs using labor and material pricing, along with historical data.
- Work with Project Managers to complete take-offs.
- Estimate and manage assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate bidding.
- Ensure projects are bid with accurate pricing, scope, specifications, and production rates.
- Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
- Determine production factors affecting the cost of service or project.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a construction or sign estimator, or in a related field.
- Proficient in reading plans, specifications, and interpret drawings to prepare detailed estimates.
- Stronge knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe.
- Must be able to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
- Highly motivated and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Proactive problem solver with forward-thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch tasks on a short notice.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality work.
