As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team, with a strong focus on facility management.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to oversee the daily logistics and facility management tasks. This role will include managing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensuring the facility is properly maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse management, receiving, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy.
- Supervise the unloading and loading of delivery trucks.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders (POs) and packing lists to ensure accuracy and product quality.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and levels.
- Perform routine cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Report discrepancies and inventory issues to the Supervisor promptly.
- Organize and stage inventory for production and installation needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers for drop-offs and pick-ups of orders.
- Oversee yard labor, ensuring the organization, identification, and accuracy of outdoor inventory counts.
- Ensure the timely preparation of orders for shipping and installation, including packaging, boxing, or crating.
- Act as a materials expeditor to transfer orders between departments and ensure production schedules are maintained.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the warehouse and facilities.
- Regular lift and move materials that weigh 25-75 LBS.
- Assist with production and other tasks as needed to support team goals.
- Facility management (i.e., cleaning air ducts, changing filters, changing light bulbs, handyman tasks, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or facility management.
- Forklift certification with 1-2 years of previous experience.
- Strong organizational with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with simple construction using basic hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.
- Ability to apply common sense and critical thinking in the execution of tasks and problem-solving.
- Strong character, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility with scheduling to ensure deadlines are met.
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record for potential travel to suppliers and job sites.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 25-75 LBS regularly.
