Benchmark Therapies, Inc. is seeking part time Occupational Therapists that are interested in joining our team at the Gino Merli Veterans' Center in Scranton, PA.
Position Details:
Part Time (up to 29 hours/week)
Setting: SNF billed as outpatient
Part Time Benefits: 401K, PTO/Paid Holidays, Free Continuing Education
EMR: Net Health
Qualifications:
Active PA OT License in good standing
CPR certification
Current PPD/TB test
Covid vaccination or approved exemption

Responsibilities Include:
- Providing effective, personalized rehabilitative services and evaluations
- Recording patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation in Net Health and facility documentation systems
- Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
- Providing guidance to family members and facility staff
- Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, facility staff and fellow team members
- Keeping a positive, teamwork approach
