Position Facts:

• Time: No guarantee of hours but no minimum time requirements
• Location: CCRC (SNF/PC/IL)
• Schedule: Weekday and/or weekend
• EMR: Net Health
• Pay: Hourly at bi-weekly schedule

Qualifications:

• Active PA COTA License in good standing
• CPR certification
• Current PPD/TB test
• Covid vaccination or approved exemption

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide effective and engaging rehabilitative services
• Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation in Net Health
• Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
• Provide guidance to family members and facility staff
• Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, facility staff and fellow team members
• Keeping a positive, teamwork approach
