Benchmark is becoming the therapy provider for this location on June 1st 2025 and we're expanding our team! Asbury Normandie Ridge is a highly rated retirement community that offers skilled nursing, assisted living/personal care and independent living options and our team will see patients across the entire care spectrum. Position: Full Time (30-40 hours/week)
Location: SNF, PC, IL
EMR: Net Health

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide effective and personalized therapy services that help improve cognitive, language and swallowing difficulties of patients suffering from diseases or injuries.
- Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation in Net Health
- Establish relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
- Be kind and courteous to all patients and facility staff
- Keep a teamwork approach
