Position: Per Diem - weekday (no minimum time requirements)
Location: Assisted living, independent living
EMR: Net Health
Qualified candidates should have:
Active PA SLP License in good standing
Current TB test
Covid Vaccine or valid exemption
CPR certification

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide effective and personalized therapy services that help improve cognitive, language and swallowing difficulties of patients suffering from diseases or injuries.
- Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation in Net Health
- Establish relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
- Be kind and courteous to all patients and facility staff
- Keep a teamwork approach
