We're looking for Occupational Therapists to provide a "Focused Rehab" experience with our patients in their home and / or assisted living building.
Responsibilities:
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing occupational therapy services such as evaluations, reassessments, implementing the plan of care, completing related documentation, supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants and coordinating with other treating professions to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications/Experience:
Ohio OT License
Experience in a Home Health setting preferred
