Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Advisor to join our team. As a Client Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with our team of advisors to provide administrative and operational support, optimize the use of technology and systems while maintaining strong client relationships.

Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional client experience in person, over the phone, and via written communication.
Maintain CRM systems and optimize operational workflows for greater efficiency
Prepare and review all new account paperwork to ensure documents are complete and in good order.
Resolve client service issues and manage problem resolution.
Provide operational support to advisors, enhancing overall client service
Assist in document management, reporting, and internal process optimizations
Streamline and document operational procedures to enhance firm-wide efficiency
Support client onboarding and financial planning processes
Serve as the point of contact for Client needs, such as account changes, money movement requests, deposits, or other similarly related service requests.
Work directly with Benchmark’s custodial partners and our servicing teams and become knowledgeable and proficient on their processes and forms.
Support overall marketing efforts including event management, community involvement events, and board participation.
Prepare agendas, reports, and analyses for client meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Quick to learn new systems and technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
Prior experience in financial services, operations, or compliance strongly preferred
Expertise in managing workflows, process improvements, and technology systems

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM. Responsibilities and compensation will be adjusted based on experience.
