POSITION: Client Service Advisor
LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH
STATUS: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
COMPENSATION RANGE: Commensurate with background, credentials, and experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Experience & Operational Excellence (50%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospective clients while representing the firm in a first-class manner
- Determine and take ownership of the appropriate processes, resources, and timeline needed to satisfy client needs or requests
- Execute money movements and transfers at the direction of the client or advisory team
- Provide exceptional client experience in person, over the phone, and via written communication
- Assist clients with custodial onboarding, financial planning data gathering, and introduction to our client portal/planning dashboard
- Prepare and review all custodial account paperwork to ensure digital envelopes, e-authorizations, and paperwork are complete and in good order
- Resolve service requests and troubleshoot issues with custodians and other external partners
- Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings with the advisory team, as well as pre-calls and post-calls
- Effectively collaborate and work with external partners such as CPAs, estate planning attorneys, bankers, insurance agents and others to securely share information and drive shared initiatives
Advisor Support & Workflow Management (30%)
- Support the advisor team with day-to-day operational tasks, sales support, and project coordination
- Create social media posts and videos, manage email marketing campaigns, and participate in brainstorming of content creation
- Maintain and optimize Client Relationship Management (CRM) system as and complete firm workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Manage client service standards and service calendar for meetings, deliverables, and action items throughout the calendar year
- Manage and streamline firm-wide operations, record keeping, and client files
Firm Growth & Culture (20%)
- Support community engagement, client events, and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven culture by living out our core values in everyday interactions

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in financial services, marketing, or operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner with an aptitude for systems and technology
- Discretion in handling sensitive client information
- A mindset of ownership, professionalism, and team-first collaboration
