Benchmark Wood Studio, Inc., an established custom cabinet company in Holland, MI, has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced cabinet builder.

Responsibilities:
· Read architectural drawings and work orders to develop sequence of cutting or machine operations to fabricate custom products.
· Produce quality custom cabinet doors and specialized millwork.
· Handle woodworking equipment and tools proficiently and safely.
· Meet production goals with precision.
Qualifications:
Experience in millwork and wood fabrication.
Skilled use of sanders, routers, saws and woodworking hand tools.
Precision in measurements.
A positive team player offering a supportive role to others and follows directions effectively.
Ability to read architectural drawings.
Detail oriented and ability to uphold quality standards.
Be self-motivated with strength in, follow-through, and accountability.
Strong ability to be flexible, effectively adapt well to change.
Schedule: Monday through Friday; with the ability to work flexible hours or Saturdays if needed.
