The EVP Intern (Employee Value Proposition Intern) will work closely under the VP of Talent & Learning in the Global Headquarters for Benchmark. In this role they will have exposure to multiple parts of the Human Resources department such as Communications, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, & Human Resources. During the summer this intern will interact with the Marketing & GHQ Engagement teams. This opportunity will be an exciting chance to make an impact at a global organization.

Position Responsibilities
- Analyze data to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas of improvement
- Gather data on employee demographics, perceptions, and expectations as it relates to their attitudes toward work
- Collaborate with HR and Learning teams to develop training and development materials
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for enhancing employee value
- Assist with the coordination of employee events and activities
- Provide administrative support to the VP of Talent & Learning
- Assist in developing and refining the company’s EVP message, ensuring it is authentic and resonates with employees and candidates globally
- Coordinate with Marketing to leverage company external media and social media opportunities around key US and global events/milestones sharing them with an internal/external audience.
- Create Facebook marketing ads
- Support the development of the company’s employer brand by contributing to materials like job descriptions, company brochures, and social media content
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Create a branding tool kit for operations training department
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for improving employee experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in office as well as remotely
- Detail oriented and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds 5% or less of the workday
- Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workday
