What You'll Do in the Role :
- Build and Scale the Product Marketing Function – Establish and optimize product marketing processes, ensuring alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution – Develop and drive end-to-end GTM motions, from new product launches to feature adoption and revenue acceleration.
- Be a Strategic Leader & Cross-Functional Influencer – Partner closely with senior leadership across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategic priorities.
- Be the Cross-Functional Glue – Act as the strategic bridge between Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Develop Positioning & Messaging – Create clear, differentiated product messaging that speaks to our audience’s needs and drives demand.
- Drive Revenue Growth & Product Adoption – Partner with Customer Success to ensure customers fully adopt and maximize BenchPrep’s offerings.
- Lead Sales & Customer Enablement – Equip internal teams with compelling assets, training, and competitive intelligence.
- Conduct Market & Competitive Research – Analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer insights.
- Establish Key Metrics & Drive Performance – Define and measure success for product marketing initiatives.
