Job Description
As a Stock Optimization Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing velocity reports/data to effectively resolve slotting issues, minimize number of replenishments, and increase productivity. This position also involves designating correct slotting locations to optimize the efficiency of picking orders by increasing pick density and reducing unnecessary tasks and movement.
Your shift will be Monday through Friday, 9:30AM-6:00PM, with overtime as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Physical Requirements:
- Able to move/lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment
- Position spends 100% amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing
- Position may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection
- Cognitive Abilities:
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities
- Competency using computers and the full Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience:
- 1-2 years Slotting, Picking, Inventory Control or other related DC experience
