Customer Service and Express Lube Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Technician to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while performing various automotive repair tasks. Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform automotive repairs including tire services and oil changes.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to maintain vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on various automotive systems.
• Assist customers with product selection and sales, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.
• Handle heavy lifting as required during service operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Document all services performed and communicate with customers about their vehicle's condition.

Experience

• Previous experience in automotive repair or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools.
• Familiarity with tire service procedures and oil change processes is advantageous.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
• Experience in sales or upselling automotive products is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
