Today's world can be intense and stressful, and it's taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health Coaching Services are designed specifically to extend more helpful resources to more families who need help managing the ups and downs of everyday life. As the research shows, mental health coaching is an effective way to manage emotions, challenge negative thinking, and reduce stress and anxiety.
We are looking for a part-time, Intake Specialist passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to a Behavioral Care Manager Lead .
Responsibilities :
- Provide initial evaluations for new members and families, gathering pertinent information, screening for risk, and triaging members into appropriate services all while creating a warm and inviting environment.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in the EHR and other communication systems.
- Consult with clinical lead to facilitate referrals for clinically indicated services outside of the organization.
- Assign care team members post initial evaluation and inform the care team of new assignments.
- Other duties as assigned.

The salary range for United States residents is $20 per intake (45 minutes) . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
