What you will be doing:
As a Hiring Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding/offboarding, and supporting the HR team in delivering exceptional service.
Core responsibilities include:
- Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule and conduct phone/video interviews
- Coordinate second round interviews with additional Bender team members when necessary
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including attending job career fairs at various universities
- Assist with standardizing and systematizing job descriptions and postings
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
- Call candidate references and make hiring recommendations to management teams
- Draft job offer letters for HR Manager approval
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate pre-employment onboarding process, including background checks, I9, and software setups with the assistance of IT
- Coordinate employee offboarding, including deactivating logins and software access
- Support HR Manager with various tasks and projects as assigned
Where you will work:
This position will require you to be in the office 5 days per week from 8:30AM-5PM, Monday-Friday. This position will work out of our corporate office in Chicago.
