Compensation adjusted as related to experience
Handle daily communications and interactions between customers, vendors, and employees. Assist office personnel with daily tasks including organization, filing and data entry. Maintain a clean and organized office.
Executive Support: You will work on a variety of projects for our Retail Stores including but not limited to company reporting, industry research, coordinating travel, managing contacts and calendars, general office tasks and out of office errands.
Office Support: You will work to ensure office tidiness, restock office supplies, compile company presentations, and assist with department initiatives.
Qualifications: Able to work on-site in Bloomington, IN office Monday through Friday. The normal business hours for the office are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. This position is to support a variety of departments and projects and may require some travel to our retail store locations during special events.
Prior Multi-location office administrative experience a plus.
Professional, positive attitude and commitment to confidentiality required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service orientation.
Outlook and Excel experience highly preferred.
Accounts Payable/Receivable experience preferred.
High attention to detail with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation required.
Must successfully pass a drug test.
Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
