BENDER is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our high traffic, fast paced luxury showroom of decorative bath, tile & stone in New Haven, CT to assist customers. We work hard and smart to ensure we deliver creative solutions for every customer, and excellent service is a top priority. The CRS plays a vital role in our team providing customers with seamless service as post-sale support. The CSR is the primary and proactive point of contact and communication for customers with their post-sale needs and collaborates with sales teammates and other departments to ensure the customer experience is exceptional and upholds the BENDER standard.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Tasteful appearance and presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to engage with customers easily and purposefully
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Able to learn and think fast
- Possess a positive and cooperative attitude
- Value customer service and teamwork
- High School diploma/GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum One (1) year of customer service or Sales experience
Essential Job Functions:
- Warmly greet customers in person and over the phone
- Engage customers, in-person and on the phone, to discern their needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales staff
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the Sales team
