About the Role
The Retail Center Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the daily operations of assigned retail and industrial centers. This includes ensuring that all properties meet Benderson Development standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations of properties, including building systems, mechanical, parking, sweeping, landscaping and general maintenance.
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets for properties, executing capital improvement plans as needed.
- Partner with the construction department to coordinate repair and upgrades to existing facilities and new construction projects.
Key Requirements
- 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of construction and mechanical/electrical/plumbing disciplines.
- Fluency in English/Spanish a plus.
