Jr. Commercial Leasing Agent

The diverse Benderson portfolio includes retail, office, industrial, hotel, residential, and land holdings.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with prospective tenants through cold-calling and networking, on a local, regional, and national level.
- Lease retail space to tenants on a national and regional level. Focus on co-tenant mix and design that enhances both destination and impulse buying.
- Perform daily leasing & management duties in a retail space, interfacing with all tenants, vendors, and other personnel to professionally lease & maintain company retail properties.
- Canvassing national and regional contacts for potential tenant prospects.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with existing tenants.
- Assist in identifying new acquisition development projects and identify existing projects through expansion.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property leasing or student graduates with entrepreneur and leadership education encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, prospecting, and budget management
- Proven track record of success

$65,000 -$110,000
