What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Analyst position at Benderson Job Board?
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze, administer, and audit commercial leases for accuracy, responsibilities of tenant and company regarding lease terms, renewals, critical dates, rent, common area maintenance, percentage rent, maintenance expenses etc.
- Work closely with Legal, Leasing, Accounting, Property Management, Construction Accounting, and Insurance to ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Abstract and update MRI system with lease terms and related documents.
- Investigate discrepancies and responsibilities of the lease terms with tenants internally as well as provide reports and rent rolls for executive team.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in reviewing contracts and leases preferred.
- Experience in MRI preferred, but not required.
Pay Range: $60,500 - $75,000 Annually
