We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship on every project.
*Responsibilities*
- Install, repair, or replace different types of roofing systems such as shingles, tiles, and metal
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Work on new construction projects as well as renovations
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure roofs are installed correctly and integrated with other building components
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times
*Qualifications*
- Prior 5 years experience in roofing.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor
- Familiarity with reading blueprints is a plus
- Valid driver's license
