POSITION SUMMARY:
The sprayer is responsible for finishing all material, applied with the spray gun. They are to follow the operating procedures including techniques and quality per Benedettini standards. They must visually inspect every piece before and after application for quality.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
• Follows schedule for spray booths.
• Responsible for counting doors and frames to ensure all pieces are accounted for.
• Has color approved for each job by management before any job is sprayed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
Required:
- Must be able to pass company Drug Screen and background screen.
Preferred:
- 1 to 2 years experience painting cabinets or autobody painting experience.
- Ability to read and communicate in English.
