Benedetto Gelato is preparing for its grand opening, and we are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our team in Riverside, CA!

Benedetto is more than just a gelato shop—it’s an elevated experience where Italian tradition meets modern sophistication. We craft fresh gelato daily, using only the finest ingredients to create a memorable and indulgent experience for our guests.

As General Manager , you will take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure that every guest enjoys exceptional service in a beautifully designed space.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operations

Maintain the highest gelato quality, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch.
Lead the front-of-house team to deliver a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest.
Uphold California Food Safety standards and ensure compliance at all times.
Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency.
Track monthly KPIs and motivate the team to achieve goals.

Leadership

Train, mentor, and inspire your team to excel in service and performance.

Foster a positive and dynamic work environment that encourages teamwork.

Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Effectively onboard and coach new hires using Benedetto’s training tools.

Financial & Administration

Oversee cost controls, labor management, and operational budgets.

Process invoices, track P&L performance, and ensure payroll accuracy.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors, accountants, and administrative teams.

What You Bring

1 years of experience as a Manager in the Food & Beverage industry (QSR preferred).

Proven ability to drive sales, manage KPIs, and optimize costs.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

A passion for customer service and hospitality.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A love for gelato and an appreciation for quality and craftsmanship!

Food Handling Certificate (preferred, but not required—we’ll train you!)
