Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Assist with installation, assembly, and setup of equipment, events and furnishings.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Handle basic repairs, such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing doors or windows.
- Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and clearing debris.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of work environments, reporting potential hazards.
- Carry out basic labor tasks as needed, such as painting, lifting and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with the removal of waste, debris, and old equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, notifying supervisors of damaged or missing items.
- Support higher-level maintenance staff as needed on more complex projects.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or other special requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, or a similar field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to safe work practices.
