What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Assistant Internal Float Pool position at Benedictine Health System?
Are you an experienced Resident Assistant looking to work for one organization in an internal float pool assisting our Ellendale, North Dakota community and surrounding communities in North Dakota?
As an RA (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.
Minimum shift requirement: 6 six shifts every 3 months to include 2 weekend shifts; Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
- Must have a full years worth experience working as an RA in a health care setting.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
