- Trains new employees, and ensures the food safety standards set by the State/Federal/Benedictine are met.
- Fosters an engaged culture with the culinary team.
- Fills in when needed in the kitchen and dining area.
- Orders food and kitchen supplies and works with approved vendors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food service experience.
- Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course or completion within the first 90 days of employment.
