The pay for this position is $57,000.00-$69,000.00/annually.

- Full time only, Monday-Friday; 8:15am-3:30pm (this position follows the school schedule)
- Located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (Ridgely); An easy 35-40 minute commute from Dover, DE, Bridgeville, DE, and Trappe, MD, and roughly 45 minutes from the Bay Bridge.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in special education or similar field
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in special education or related field with individuals with disabilities
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of vocational and/or life centered education and practice for all students ages 14
- Create and update a master vocational schedule, maximizing the time of all staff and ensuring all students are appropriately assigned.
- Collaborate with Coordinator of Transition and Educational Compliance on student IEP's and Progress notes, including present levels and goals that address Vocational and Life Centered areas.
- Provide direct supervision of staff in the vocational department including annual evaluations, addressing performance issues, and payroll approval.
- Lead the hiring process for all staff in the school vocational department.

- Provide transportation utilizing Benedictine fleet vehicles.
