We offer a dedicated Client Relationship Manager serving as your point of contact for employee benefits and as an additional resource for your employees. Our team of experienced advisors craft a benefit program to maximize what you offer while minimizing costs.
About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team full-time in our 100% in person office. This is a client-facing role focused on employer group health benefits and requires someone with a New Jersey Health & Life license and deep knowledge of both level funded and statutory plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize a block of group benefits business
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their employees
Handle day-to-day client service tasks, including:
Provide proactive communication and support throughout the benefits lifecycle
Requirements
New Jersey Health and Life License (required)
3 years of experience in employer group health benefits
Familiarity with level-funded vs. statutory plans
Experience with Ease and/or Employee Navigator
Strong customer service and account management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks independently and stay organized under pressure
Comfortable working 100% in-person in our New Jersey office
