Job Summary :
- Responsible for creating, debugging, and maintaining programs for AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machines.
- Develop new AOI programs and revise existing ones to accommodate changes in parts, templates, and specifications.
- Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) into applicable AOI programs to ensure they reflect the latest product requirements.
- Debug programs to optimize machine performance and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee and maintain the program log, ensuring all changes and updates are accurately documented.
- Assist in training operators on the proper use and operation of AOI machines.
- Collaborate with operators to research and resolve part issues and discrepancies during production.
- Communicate with AOI machine manufacturers to resolve operational issues and improve machine performance.
- Proactively plan and create programs to ensure readiness for production schedules and prevent delays.
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, ensuring clear direction and fostering collaboration across departments.
