Presentation Support : Work with the pursuit team to create slide decks for interviews, including coordination with external partners for joint presentations.
Sales Meeting Participation : Attend weekly sales meetings to gather deliverables and plan upcoming marketing tasks.
General Marketing Materials : Oversee the production of various marketing assets such as proposals, collateral, email blasts, and conference materials, staying within the annual budget.
Online Presence : Lead the company's digital branding efforts, including managing the website, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with plans for future social media engagement.
Budget Management : Assist in the monthly marketing budget review, ensuring adherence to set financial limits for marketing activities.
