- Perform detailed product inspections, including line checks and monitoring.
- Recognize and assess values, polarity, and orientation of electronic components.
- Have in-depth knowledge of IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards for quality control.
- Use inspection equipment to ensure compliance with customer and IPC standards.
- Interpret assembly drawings to identify component polarity, orientation, and designators.
- Reference bills of materials to confirm part numbers and inspection requirements.
- Conduct periodic ESD spot checks to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Identify various SMT and thru-hole package types, including MELF, SOT, and PLCC.
- Demonstrate responsibility, accuracy, and teamwork in meeting quality expectations.
- Requirements : High school diploma or GED, 2-4 years' electronics assembly inspection experience preferred, manual dexterity, good eyesight, and occasional lifting.
