We seek printing press operators with offset / litho press experience for our Durham, NC site.
Need to Know :
Shift : Night, 7 PM-7 AM, 2 / 2 / 3 schedule
Pay : $26-$30 / hour plus a $3 shift premium
Description : Press Operator
Summary :
Operate Wide Format Offset / Litho Sheet-fed Press, preferably Komori or Heidelberg.
RIP files or review job instructions to prepare jobs for printing.
Maintain daily print job production logs and daily delivery manifests.
Set up, program, and release jobs from the print queue.
Make needed adjustments
Monitor the quality of job output for correctness and image quality.
Order supplies such as ink, chemical solutions, blankets and rollers, paper, tabs, and other items as needed.
Maintain inventory levels.
Requirements :
5 years of offset / Litho sheet-fed press operation experience
Diploma or GED
Able to pass background and drug screen
