The only thing missing is you! **$10k New Employee Sign-On Bonus** Schedule: Monday - Friday with weekday/weekend call rotation Responsible for performing a patient safety assessment prior to and during the MRI /CT procedure, performing an age-specific patient assessment, preparing the room and the patient for the procedure. Performs a variety of imaging procedures, evaluates the quality of exam and performs image management. Provides education and communicates with the patient, family and other healthcare workers. Contributes to the efficient operation of the department, promotes the philosophy and ensures the quality and continuity of patient care. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict. Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures. Education/License/Experience Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, but not required. One year of radiologic/imaging experience. Prefer specific experience and training in MRI/CT. Graduation from an Accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. ARRT and/or MRI certification preferred. Current BCLS certification. Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology. Current State of Montana License for Radiologic Technology required.
