37 hours work week, 8 am-4 : 30 pm Monday - Thursday and 8 am-3 : 30 pm on Fridays.

Summary / Objective : The Claims Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Claims adjudicators and Concierge teams. They contribute to operational success and directly affect our ability to meet key objectives and deliverables. Duties will include, but not be limited to retrieving, scanning and routing faxes, preparing EOB's for mailing, handling incoming and returned mail, transferring claim files and claims to work queues.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical clinic setting with claims processing experience or experience in a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical billing terminology and codes is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Work Environment : This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time on-site position. Days and hours of work are 8 am - 4 : 30 pm Monday - Thursday and 8 am - 3 : 30 pm on Fridays.
