Job Summary
Seeking a dependable and trustworthy candidate to perform flexible part-time admin work for a private insurance organizer in a home office. Hours are very flexible and average 10-15 hours a week. Duties include minor filing and mailing preparation, cross-checking information, going to pack-n-ship to drop off deliveries and very minor other duties as assigned by the insurance organizer. Nothing too involved – but attention to detail is required, no evenings or weekends, no stress environment; a superb part-time job for the right candidate – with potential to grow in the industry, if desired. Signing a non-disclosure agreement is mandatory as confidentiality is of the highest order.
Experience
- Proven experience in benefits administration or a related HR role is preferred.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret benefits-related data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees/clients at all levels.
