This role will also support mobility efforts (talent sharing) in and out of Benefit, ensuring total rewards components are executed timely and effectively.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to benchmark compensation programs and ensure competitiveness within the industry.
- Assist in the development and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation-related programs.
- Evaluate job positions to determine classification, salary grade, and appropriate compensation levels.
- Prepare and analyze compensation reports, metrics, and trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare compensation package proposals for internal and external offers.
- Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and practices.
- Support the annual salary review process, including merit increases, promotions, and equity adjustments.
- Prepare monthly accruals of payroll expenses and perform reconciliation of cross-country recharges
- Own administration of domestic and international relocation benefit packages (mobility)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role, experience supporting global compensation programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Prior beauty or luxury experience a plus
- Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly to Benefit's Global HQ in San Francisco, CA

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
