The Production Designer will support asset production on all global campaigns, PR collateral, emails, digital advertising, print and payoff photography, website, etail and digital experiences. This individual will work collaboratively with the cross-functional global creative team to support production for all projects across the campaign and content team. They will manage time effectively across multiple projects adhering to production schedules in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- ASSET PRODUCTION
- Work under the direction of the lead campaign to create final launch assets for global campaigns. That will include:
- Sizing model and photography for multiple platforms
- Resizing campaign anchor visuals for a wide variety of in-store placement
- Sizing and adapting assets for etailers based on specific requirements
- Toolkit assembly for hand-off to Project Management
- DESIGN COLLABORATION
- Work collaboratively with campaign lead and project creatives to ensure all assets developed are aligned with the campaign look and feel
- Collaborate with lead campaign creative to assemble style guides, image catalogs and presentation decks
- Work under the direction of Studio Art Director to create video graphics, photo catalogs and other supporting graphics where needed
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years production design experience working in a creative design agency or brand
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and emerging platforms
- Strong design skills in layout, typography, iconography or illustration, color systems, design comps and presentations
- Excellent organization skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight and demanding deadlines
- Ability to understand the brand and how to bring it to life across multiple platforms, including print and digital
- Portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of design, layout and typography
Schedule:
- Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly
The target salary range for this position is $29.80/hr - $39.90/hr. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
