The Senior Vice President of Sales and Education is a key leadership position tasked with driving strategic direction across Retail, Boutiques, and Education teams. Responsible for optimizing sell-out in US Wholesale and Boutique channels, this role oversees sales strategy, team leadership, and education initiatives to enhance brand presence, foster customer engagement, and achieve revenue growth goals.
What You’ll Do :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance market penetration across retail and boutique channels.
- Sales Management : Oversee all sell-out functions, including sales forecasting, T&E budgeting, and performance analysis for US Wholesale and Boutique channels.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate strong partnerships with retail partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure alignment with brand strategies.
- Education Strategy : Direct the education team in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that support sales channels and promote brand loyalty among retail partners and customers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall company goals and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Operational Efficiency : Drive operational excellence in sales processes and procedures, optimizing productivity and resource allocation.
- Market Insights and Innovation : Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunities and potential threats. Recommend innovative approaches to differentiate our products and services in the market.
- Financial Accountability : Manage the sales budget effectively, monitoring expenditures and resource allocation to maximize ROI. Provide regular financial updates and analysis to the executive team, demonstrating accountability and transparency in financial management.

The target salary range for this position is $275,000-$325,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
