Benefit Management Administrators, Inc . has an immediate opening to add a Senior Account Manager to our Corporate Office Team located at 11550 IH 10 West, Suite 220, San Antonio Texas 78230.
Job Summary :
The Senior Account Manager will maintain & promote BMA’s Administrative Products and Services with Insurance Agents, Brokers, Corporate HR Executives & CFO’s by providing contract administrative services and plan administration of employee benefit plans, including self-funded healthcare plans designed to reduce employer costs while improving employee’s health and wellness. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated, committed, and experienced preprofessional to be a key player in our growth strategy. Executive experience along with the ability to successfully qualify and identify key decision makers are a vital skill necessary for this position. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in the Health Insurance Industry, Benefits Administration, Account Management, Sales and above all, Customer Service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain an Active Group-1 Insurance License
- Work with existing brokers and their clients / customers.
- Work closely with BMA’s Account Managers to learn and understand client’s needs.
- Generate Leads & Develop new Contacts, assisting with new client on-boarding
- Give Sales Presentations of BMA’s Healthcare Benefit Packages
- Provide product information to clients in support of expanding business
- Understand / Learn BMA’s Business Philosophy & Model to seek new business
- Cultivates relationships by developing and maintaining industry product knowledge, working closely with the organization’s HR staff and / or CFOs to design health insurance programs that best suit the group’s specific needs.
- Assist with new client implementations and support service strategies for existing business accounts all with the objective of exceeding customer’s expectations.
