Job Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with Power BI Expertise to join our rapidly growing team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while leveraging Power BI for advanced data visualization and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Administration
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow.
Maintain and enhance Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
Develop and manage Salesforce integrations with other business platforms and data sources (APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, etc.).
Automate internal processes to support BAI's client service, account management, and benefits education teams.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry and company standards.
Partner with internal teams to identify areas for system improvements and automation.
Power BI Development & Analytics
Build interactive Power BI dashboards that provide real-time insights into client benefits savings, utilization trends, and performance metrics.
Create data models, DAX queries, and visualizations that enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with BAI's leadership, implementation specialists, and account managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective reports.
Optimize data connections and refresh schedules for real-time or scheduled reporting.
Automate report distribution and notifications to ensure proactive client management.
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL).
2 years of experience in Power BI development, including data modeling and dashboard creation.
Experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, etc.).
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
