Bankruptcy Paralegal

Job Overview

We are the largest filer of bankruptcies in Central Florida. We are seeking a full-time (bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred but not necessary) bankruptcy paralegal to work in our bankruptcy department at our firm. At least 4 years of recent experience is required. Location may either be in our Orlando or Kissimmee office depending on where you reside and the needs of the firm.

We are open to applicants ready to make a move to Orlando from other parts of the state and may offer location assistance for the right candidate.

Experience with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 case filing is required. This career position requires the ability to work with our attorneys and prepare plans, schedules, adhere to deadlines, meet with clients, and work with Best Case software. We are looking for someone seeking a long-term stable position with our firm with the requisite experience that can only be achieved through years of working in the consumer bankruptcy field.

The most important aspect of this job is the ability to do error-free work and to provide the highest level of customer service. If you take pride in avoiding grammatical or spelling errors, and making clients smile, this position may be for you. Taking pride in your work is something we covet. Great phone etiquette and the ability to get along with others is absolutely essential.
