Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Insurance Lead Generation
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in-office (Newtown Square, PA)
Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 in Year 1 (Base Performance Incentives)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help fuel our success by engaging potential clients and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect & Qualify: Research and identify potential insurance agencies and brokers who can benefit from our lead generation services.
- Outbound Engagement: Connect with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to warm up leads and set qualified appointments.
- Relationship Building: Develop rapport with decision-makers and educate them on the benefits of Benepath’s solutions.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed notes and track outreach efforts using our CRM system.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Account Executives and Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Partner with our internal marketing team to refine targeting strategies and leverage data-driven insights for better prospecting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B sales experience (preferred).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects via LinkedIn and email.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
