Summary - Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager with implementing a new or upgrading an existing client on proprietary software applications. This includes defining requirements, creating and implementing test plans, working with internal departments and external vendors, and training end users on software usage.

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Actual salary is dependent on skills, experience, education, and other business factors.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Provide analysis, definition, and direction to computer applications related development and maintenance activities
- Analyze, map, and review converted data for accuracy
- Ensure correct business functionality, requirements, and industry standards are addressed within the software application
- Develop detailed business user requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data test plans
- Review technical documents
- Collect, develop, analyze, and edit Business Process Diagrams
- Report comparison, development, and compilation
- Quality assurance
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organization, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to collaborate with clients and colleagues effectively
- Show dedication in completing tasks independently with high standards
- Demonstrate an ability to accomplish goals and assignments while upholding strong ethical and moral principles.
- 3-4 years of general information technology experience
- Experience with SQL
- Must live in the Metro Detroit, Michigan area
