Birt’s / Program Meals- Kitchen Utility Aide / Dishwasher $14.50 per hour.
Location : Surprise, AZ.
MUST BE ABLE TO CONSISTENTLY WORK 9 am-2;30 pm Monday through Friday.
Minimum of 2 years current or recent culinary experience required.
What will you be doing?
- Maintaining kitchen and storage areas in a clean, safe and sanitary manner; restocking and receiving items from vendors; makes sure dishes are washed according to safety guidelines.
- Under the direction of Food & Beverage Manager assisting with preparing foods in accordance with specified recipes and procedures.
- Assuring that foods are of a high quality meeting standards of portion, doneness, freshness, and presentation.
- This position may also need to aid the team over weekends and possibly holidays, in such rare cases they would be notified prior.
