Summary
Administrative Assistant is responsible for support to the division, field and office of the Columbia Residential division, as well as any other office duties assigned. Familiar with a variety of electrical concepts, practices and procedures is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with customers on the phone and in person. First impression extremely important.
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls as needed.
- Distribute and prepare correspondence, permits, work orders, appointments, bids, contracts, warranty work, letters, etc.
- Maintain filing system.
- Generate, submit and reconcile reports, spreadsheets, and billings.
- Schedule appointments
- Provide information by answering questions, requests and customer inquiries.
- Handle multiple projects.
- Prepare monthly billing.
- Contribute to team
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Experience in obtaining permits is desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
