Key Responsibilities
- 24/7 Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Actively source and recruit specialized craft professionals for turnaround projects across multiple industries. This involves staying available for phone calls and recruitment activities around the clock to meet urgent and time-sensitive staffing needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess their technical expertise, safety certifications, and cultural fit for specific turnaround projects.
- Collaboration with Project Managers: Partner with hiring managers and project leads to understand the specific skill sets and expertise required for each turnaround project. Ensure all candidate placements meet project timelines and client specifications.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, ensuring they are well-prepared and fully informed about their roles and responsibilities for turnaround projects. Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact to post-placement.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Provide regular updates to leadership on staffing progress for turnaround projects.Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on turnaround crafts or industrial staffing.
- Ability to manage phone calls and recruitment needs on a 24/7 basis.
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting skilled tradespeople such as welders, pipefitters, crane operators, riggers and other turnaround crafts.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and certifications related to turnaround projects.
