Duties

• Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to promote professional development.
• Maintain inventory levels by overseeing price adjustments and product buying decisions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Handle administrative tasks including reporting on sales metrics and employee performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong skills in sales, supervising, and shift management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions regarding pricing and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Familiarity with store management practices, including employee orientation processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
