Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors with friendliness, hospitality and competence
- Manage all facility needs like A|C, copy printers, phones and etc.
- Point of contact for scheduling Messengers, Fed-Ex, USPS shipping packages
- Provide low-intensity admin support for the company executives
- Assist the Director Of Operations with daily assignments and long-term projects
- Assist with company events, schedule company meetings and vendor training
- Serve as the go-to person for all day-to-day office needs, including alarm and key responsibilities
- Manage the upkeep and service repairs for all office equipment
- Assist with placing employment Ads and onboarding new hires
- Maintaining a clean, organized, functional and comfortable office space and encouraging others to do the same
- Run errands as needed
- Manage janitorial staff and work with building management team
- Serve as the go-to person to request fabric samples, and sample chairs
Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, especially with outward facing communications over the phone, in person, and in writing
- Resourceful approach to problem solving
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented
- Able to prioritize on multiple tasks at once
- Proactive, creative, and resourceful
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
