**NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- No insurance license? No problem! We will help you get fully licensed!
- Recent graduates, customer service background, and experience in service/hospitality: ENCOURAGED to apply!
- Little to no work experience? Thats okay! If you’re hungry, driven, and coachable we want you on our team!
**NOT A REMOTE POSITION**
- Must be located in the Tampa Bay Area, OR in the process of relocating.
- This position is full-time and on-site at our Tampa office.
- Must be willing to commit to a full-time schedule.
- Position Duties -
- Develop Sales Strategies: Use creative sales approaches to attract and retain clients.
- Identify Opportunities: Identify potential clients and new markets to expand business.
- Provide Customer Service: Ensure exceptional support and client satisfaction.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client connections.
- Engage in Training: Participate in ongoing professional development.
- Use CRM: Maintain accurate client and sales activity records.
- Educate: Inform clients on various coverage options that meet their needs.
